Terms & Conditions of Service
CLIENT TERMS:
Client agrees to contract with Telnet for the purpose of developing, hosting and maintaining a website. You hereby understand and agree to the following:
ONE TIME SET-UP FEE: - Covers the consultation, design, and creation of your website, registering one (1) domain name and publishing your site on the Internet. At least half of the fee is due upon execution of this Agreement or at your request for service. You understand that if you cancel this agreement after your domain name has been registered and the work has started, that the initial payment will be considered non refundable. The balance will be due immediately upon your final approval. Paying your balance will be considered your consent and final approval. You understand that once you issue your final approval, that the set-up fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
MONTHLY SERVICE FEE: - Covers your monthly website hosting, maintenance, service, support and site edits and/or changes to your existing web pages. You agree to sign up for monthly automatic withdrawal from a valid credit or debit card each month through secure PAYPAL payments located on our website. This payment is due in advance each month. Payments that are declined and/or not made before the due date or payments not made within 15 days of due date will subject your website for late payments and/or immediate deactivation. Payments that are canceled will automatically subject your website to immediate activation and/or late fees. If your site is deactivated for any reason, you agree to pay a reactivation fee of $55.00, in addition to any outstanding service fee(s) and/or late fees before your site is reactivated.

We agree to only provide the following Services. We do not take pictures, build logos or enhance poor quality photos & graphics.

provider, you understand and agree that: a) you will be liable for any fees associated with the transfer, b) Telnet does not control the
transfer process and Telnet assumes no liability for any issues pertaining to the transfer, and C) the transfer process can take up 120
days to complete. You agree to submit the required information to us to help you with the transfer and you agree to release Telnet from
any liability associated with your current domain name, current service provider or the transfer process or with your new provider.

You agree that there are no other agreements either verbally or in writing that overwrites these terms.
